Terms and Conditions:
In order to obtain a "Free For A Day" lawn service:
1. Your referred customer must take advantage of our lawn services for a minimum of eight (8) visits. Should your referral choose not to use our lawn services for the minimum eight (8) visit, then you as the referring customer shall receive the "Discount Price" promotion on your next lawn service.
2. The referred client must reside within a ten (10) mile radius of the Bradley County line.
3. Free service includes grass mowing, grass trimming, edging of drive and walkways, and the removal of all debris / trash from the lawn, leaves, or grass clippings from all paved areas of the lot. All other services such as, but not limited to, bed mulching, flower or shrub planting, gutter cleaning, shrub trimming, and etc. will be priced per job.
4. This promotion is for free lawn care up to five (3) acres.
In order to obtain a "Free For A Season" lawn service:
1. You as the referring client must refer eight (8) new customers that agree to six (6) lawn care service visits. Should your newly referred customer not utilize the services of Alpha Omega Lawn and Landscape Management, LLC for a minimum of six (6) service calls, you as the referring client will still receive a $10.00 discount on your next service.
2. Free service consists of grass mowing, trimming, edging, and the removal of all debris /trash from the lawn, leaves, or grass clippings from all paved areas of the lot. All other services such as, but not limited to, bed mulching, plant and shrub planting, gutter cleaning, shrub trimming, etc. will be priced per job.
3. This promotion is for free lawn care up to three (3) acres.
4. A season is defined as a nine (9) month mowing season. Should your free season of lawn care begin in the middle of the mowing climate, you will receive the remaining months of service in the following mowing season. Example: If your free service begins in August, 2010, but there is no need to mow in the months of November - March, you will continue with your free lawn care in April, 2011 through September, 2011.
In order to obtain the "Discount Pricing" lawn service:
1. You as a referring client simply must refer a new customer for any service we offer.
NOTE: Your new customer referral does not have to agree to a minimum number of service visits. They only have to take advantage of a one time lawn care service.
In order to receive the "Early Bird Special" lawn service:
1. You as the customer must agree to allow Alpha Omega Lawn and Landscape Management, LLC service your lawn for no less than sixty (60) days.
2. By taking advantage of this promotion, you will receive a discount of $5 off of each lawn service during your first sixty (60) days of lawn care.
3. Offer expires May 1, 2010.
